A different walk

This afternoon I parked at Buchanan Smithy so that Minty and I could enjoy a change of scenery on our walk into the forest. Well, the change of scenery was for my benefit, but Minty enjoyed investigating lots of new smells down at ground level.

You might not be able to see them, but most of the sheep and lambs are having their siesta in the shade of the tree. The extra shows the cattle in the field opposite, with Conic Hill in the background.

Heading into the big city tomorrow for a trip to the theatre with Lulabel. Lovely to be doing something different! Enjoy our weekend, blipmates.
