The boat trip to the Northern Rocks...

...was taken today instead...

I managed the walk along to the ferry landing OK with just the aid of the borrowed walking stick. Loved watching the puffins, and saw gannets, cormorants, fulmar, a petrel, guillemots, razorbills but no seals as it was quite rough. Some breaking waves in extras.

Back in time for lunch, and a short wander out for an ice cream.

Jane also staged a revival, so she and Sara did the trip to St Martin's to complete the set, and had a walk round St Mary's when they returned.

Glad we managed to salvage the day, and enjoy our last trips out!
