..caught in the one brief sunny moment this morning, on an otherwise overcast and windy day. The thermometer said 14 degrees but it felt so much colder; this afternoon I even put the heating on, but then I always feel cold when I’m tired.

A fraught day of medical phone calls, rearranging appointments, a flat car battery and various other palavers. After 24 very long months finally had travel plans for May Bank Hols Weekend, they’ve now been cancelled. C’est la vie, or more to the point, c’est ma vie...
