Sanquhar Tolbooth

First stop on the return journey was Sanquhar, home to the world's oldest working post office (est. 1712).

The road up past the highest villages in the UK (Wanlockhead and Leadhills) had plenty of sheep with lambs. They were pretty good at looking before they crossed the road!

Pause in Biggar as final stop of holiday; good wee local museum.
