Formentera Faro

Another extremely windy day...and at points wet! We were so glad we'd got cagoules from Decathlon a couple of days ago!!
We headed to a little beach called Cala Saona (first extra), deserted and beautiful...then after some exploring of the cliffs round there we came to this lighthouse. It's been used in quite a few films apparently! 
We were truly British at lunchtime and ended up picnic-ing in the rain...eventually we gathered everything up and trekked back to the car. Of course the rain stopped once we'd got back!
Early evening we went to Illetes for a walk and a play in the sand (second extra). I love that beach so much. I also love that you can see Es Vedra from there. 
A tea of pizza in local place in the town where we're staying. Another good day.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Cagoules!
2) Family adventures together.
3) Walking with Asha whilst Danny and Nate made sandcastles.
