How old??

Well, no midwife today but I did have to have a emergency appointment with the dentist. I managed to lose part of a tooth yesterday, lovely! Luckily the dentist was a star and managed to give me a temporary cap until the baby is born when I should be able to have something more permanent done. The dentist did mention that any injection could induce labour - I nearly begged her to do it.

Anyway following the treatment I took parents-in-law to Salisbury Catherdral for a look around. It was gorgeous, the atmosphere was very peaceful ( I was hoping for some Devine intervention but no such luck :-)). It is amazing to think that the building has been standing so long and I loved the new font which was big enough to take a swim in!

We saw one of the original copies of the the Magna Carta, if that makes any sense. It was one of the copies that was made as soon as it was written to get the word around the country. It was mightily impressive to think it has been around since the 1200's! Puts lots of things in perspective really :-)
