My Stones of Life

Statue of Angel of Victory

This is two minutes from my house. In her right hand she is holding aloft a laurel wreath, whilst in her right arm is a flagpole with the flag draped over her arm. She stands on a granite block on stepped sandstone base, behind iron railings.

The main pedestal bears the dedication on the front, with a bronze laurel wreath attached at the top. The names are listed in a single column on each of the remaining three faces.
