My menfolk

Had this all done last night and pressed publish and lost the internet and couldn’t get back on. Most frustrating
After a huge day unpacking. Six of us making short work of the zillion boxes. The men also u loaded three big trailers packed with mowers and the likes. Bradley mowed the acre of lawn and that’s no exaggeration. It’s massive with many beautiful trees.
Late afternoon went for a drive to find the Waimakariri river. The blip is son Alan and his two sons talking to a man we met in the river bed. He was giving them lots of local information about the river so they are all concentration listening to what he had to say. This morning early they are off to try it out. Just recently Alan and oldest son Cameron purchased a jet boat between them. They will now be living over three hours apart so how the sharing is going to work out I am not sure
It was a hard work but fun filled day. Cameron cooked the evening meal and we sat around and listened to music as yet no TVs hooked up
Extras are of the river which I hope they safely negotiate. Jetboating not my scene
Happy Sunday everyone
