TODAY I HAVE FLOWERS

I have been missing from Blip for a long time.

It was not an intentional decision, events have dictated that Blip became low down on my priorities list.
November - had a lovely holiday in Gran Canaria
Early December i was taken into hospital for 15 days.....treated for Crohns Disease and severe Colitis
On the day of my admission my Dad passed away...very suddenly.....
I was not involved in any of the funeral plans and felt very guilty about that
Was released from hospital with only 1 day to spare to get to the funeral in Liverpool.
Had to return to Tenterden straight away due to my medical needs - felt very guilty about that
Back in Tenterden 22nd December, no Christmas decorations, food or presents !!
Looked after over Christmas by my amazing Family and friends.
Re- admitted to hospital in January for another 15 days where a plan of biological medical infusions were agreed and started.
Initially infusions were OK.....then a severe reaction to them occurred....back to A&E.....where it was confirmed the drugs had caused the reaction and they were stopped.

Only just feeling bright enough and having enough energy to go out and do things.....I am not enjoying my food.....am on a low fibre diet and my mobility isn't great but I am feeling so much better.

Things aren't perfect but I am doing OK and enjoying all the new Spring growth in the garden.....oh and Today's Flowers are for my birthday......which is tomorrow!
