A riot of colour!

Out for a quick stomp around the block this afternoon, and there is a lot more colour around, although the hedges are still obviously less green than normal for this time of year. However, in a garden nearby was this mass of purple heather and lots of other shades - it was great with the sun shining on it.

One of the things we discussed at our church homegroup last night was the excitement and anticipation we should feel as we consider all that God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) is, does and has done for us. The fact that God wants a relationship with his people should make us glow with the Son's shine. Life doesn't have to be just ordinary, it can be extra-ordinary; not just natural but also super-natural.
