Amazingly this Pasqueflower which hasn't flowered for the last two years currently has eight flowers. I so very nearly threw it away, so am glad that I never got around to it, phew! The shot on the left was taken first thing this morning before it opened up and the one on the right was taken this afternoon fully open in the sunshine. As today would have been my mum's birthday on St George's Day and Shakespeare's birthday, this flower is for her.
Two short easy walks for Misty today. She was feeling the effects of yesterday's long walk. Probably because the footpath is constructed of stone/rock which the National Trust do to prevent erosion. On the way back along a different footpath there were about 50 big bags of rocks ready to repair another footpath.
