Joseph

My niece, Cara, played the lead role in a children’s production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. I’m biased, I know, but I thought she was absolutely fabulous. She has a beautiful voice and a quietly confident stage presence.

Over in Italy, Aldo’s funeral was yesterday and the boys were pall bearers. It felt like such a grown up and responsible thing to do - I’m very proud of them. When he was wheeling them round the garden in Umbria as toddlers squealing in delight, we never imagined a day when they would be carrying him to his final resting place.
