Finger Lakes find

We were going to a few birding hotspots on Cayuga on our way to Montezuma when we passed this rather serious looking guy. He was just hanging out in a tree by the side of the road. There was a very distant bald eagle in the refuge watching over its rather largeness nearby, and another nest at May's Pond in the refuge. But no one this close.
