Rockend

From our village of  Newburgh a sandy beach and sand dunes stretch south for some 15 miles all the way to Aberdeen. However, should you turn left and walk North you are met with rocky cliffs and shores. The spot where beach and cliffs meet is called, funnily enough, Rockend.
