Up Up and Away!!

It's only taken us a year and a half to complete this process of emptying our altillo (attic), going through all the boxes and stuff and deciding what to chuck and keep, repack and label things and put the remaining things back up again!   The legs you see here are Bb's and Pal is in the attic placing the boxes. 

Today was the day that what we're keeping went back up again. What we put back up was around an 1/8th of what came down, so we're quite happy with that.  We had Pal (Swedish) from FixIt Bcn come in and help do some little bits of DIY today and help us get these boxes back up.  He also put up two foldy wall-mounted desks in our sofa room; moved the garden hose on our roof terrace and put up a small pallet on the wall up there (for plants probably);  fix the arms/legs in two kitchen cupboards;  put up a long-time-ago street find and now used for plants on our patio wall.  The main two things were the Ikea tables and the moving of the boxes, but we kept adding other little things!  
 
All the attic stuff had been sitting in our front room, basically putting that out of action for the best part of a year since summer 2020.   We then managed to get the front room back in action and the remaining boxes were moved into our hall and became part of the furniture in there and we used them to leave things on, mail, things on the way out to the recycling unit etc.  Today our hall seems very empty - watch this space!!   It all started round about here:
