Loving Lupins

I've not always managed to grow lupins but in this home they seem to pop up everywhere. This one is in the cracks in the path next to our conservatory. There are at least 3 more growing in our lawn. Long may they grow!

The shadows attracted me to take the shot, I was photo-bombed by a Bombylidae, aka bee fly or humble-fly.
