Ancients

In between buses in Bradford, I spent some time exploring the photographic potential of some of the slogans that have been painted on the pavements recently. A rare foray into street photography for me.

I was returning from watching Bradford City Women in their final home game of the season at their new home of Horsfall Stadium. Today’s visitors were the Teessiders of Norton and Stockton Ancients. Despite City having the best of the match and far more chances, it somehow ended up 3-3. That result still leaves City at some risk of relegation, but their final game is away to bottom of the table Alnwick Town so hopefully they can do enough to stay up.
