Nick Lowe

We were off out tonight to see Nick Lowe at the Queen's Hall. Most people know him from his 2 hits, I Love The Sound Of Breaking Glass in '78 and Cruel To Be Kind in '79, which is when I had first heard of him as a teenager. But he's also written numerous songs for other people over the years and even toured with our Wilco about 10 years ago. He told funny stories in between songs and appeared to be having a ball, which was great to see given he turned 73 last month :-0
