Amsterdam

After a busy week catching up at work following Madrid, it was time to go again! This time a girl's trip to Amsterdam for a friend's big birthday. Nine of us set off with a lot of time to spare, but sailed through Leeds Bradford airport so had breakfast, a coffee and a mooch before boarding. A swift 50 minute flight and a painless train and tram ride to the hotel. One of our party, Clare, used to live in Amsterdam which helped a lot!

Quick change, and then a lovely walk through the city to a lovely Indonesian restaurant for tapas-style food, lots of wine and a cheeky cocktail.
