Forth Rainbow

I went down to Cramond after work - the wind was very strong. It was good to get fresh air into my lungs although if I turned the wrong way the very breath was nearly sucked out of me.
Not wanting to become a statistic and be swept into the sea, I stayed off the causeway where it was difficult to stay on my feet despite my solid yoga stance.

The fast moving clouds were bringing showers from the west over to Fife - a shower shrouded the Isle of May but produced this rainbow.
