Anzac Day

Found out from a fellow blipper that today is Anzac Day. The day that each year Australia and New Zealand honour the war dead who lost their lives in the Gallipoli landings during the First World War.
So decided to make some Anzac biscuits.
Not sure where the recipe came from.
A very frustrating day, but baking always relaxes me.
Did however have a good result at Argos.
There was a shelf missing when we assembled the barbecue last week, and they were able to take one out of another box and give to us there and then.
Hope they don’t reseal the box and give that one to someone else!

At last we have got rid of the wind, but still not warm.
However I had to water the pots as they were all very dry. Haven’t had any proper rain for ages.

By the way. I did sleep well last night!
