Went for another swim this morning and it put me in a foul mood. I opted for the 'relaxed swim' option booking to see what that was like. It allows you to stop at the end of the lanes and rest rather than having to continually swim. 
Except there was a lot of old people stopping in the middle of the lanes and bobbing about. All chatting to each other. Not what I wanted. I'll be booking lane swimming from now on. 
I thought swimming was a fairly safe thing to do; don't have to interact with people, talk or get annoyed with conversation.

Later on I went for a wander before going into the supermarket.
