The view over the wall.

Went over to meet Andrea and Liz for a swim in the tidal pool this afternoon. It was lovely and calm and a balmy 8.1 degrees. We managed 18 minutes and it was glorious.

Then we nipped up to Anstruther for fish and chips. Now I’m home and need a nap but my sleep pattern is ridiculous at the moment so I’m going to force myself to stay awake till bedtime!
