A Ruin

Far Nook Farm, Old Town, HB, is an early 17th-century, Grade II listed, stone farmhouse.   It definitely has seen better days.  I understand there is  planning and listed building consent for conversion into two two-bedroom homes or one big four or five-bedroom country house.  Amazing!     It's been in this state for years and has always fascinated me.   I know it's a shame but it's so picturesque I think any conversion would 'ruin it' and spoil its character.   But that's just me.
