Can anyone tell me......

....what this might turn into?  Found this afternoon when I was clearing a bit of the garden of.....well, everything.  All been sadly neglected recently but I'm doing my best to reclaim as much as I can.  I gently moved this one to a secluded place to continue its development.  Just curious.
