Orchid

 This morning I was doing some washing   Some how I have pulled  a muscle in my side.  I did manage to go food shopping but have been resting all afternoon. I have been put ice pack on. Then a bit later a hot water bottle and between taking pain killers. Is does seem to be a bit better tonight. 
Today blip is my orchid my sister gave me when we moved, this picture is off our lovely Gem which has been drawn by my niece ( she drew this about 8 years ago).
