Lucky enough to get back to North Cave Wetlands for the first time in ages . . . and to sample a perfect Bacon Butty from The Butty Van. 
This area is a perfect balance between Nature Reserve and a working Quarry. Saw first Swallows of the year too. Not a long walk, but I feel shattered.
Thanks for all your advice and support. Clearly Covid effects will take longer to overcome. Stay safe all !
