Lisbon: Day 1

Having left home at 2.30 am on Easter Sunday I did hope that it might be quiet at Manchester airport for our early flight but that certainly wasn't the case. Everything moved along ok but I was glad for email to turn up 3 hours early as it might have been a bit tight otherwise.

Anyway all that was forgotten fairly soon as we were sitting outside a cafe 100m from our apartment eating breakfast in the sun by 10.30am.

After that much exploring, snoozing, drinking craft beer and generally re-familiarising ourselves with this marvellous city took place
