A Moist Morning

I like the way the raindrops sit on the leaves of Hostas and the way they start to unfurl.
It was strange that there was no moisture on the tulips.

I was round at Bags' house first thing to look after Squirrel. There were two firsts while I was there .... she made herself a cup of tea (her friends drink tea so she obviously thinks she has to) and she came back to our house and walked to school from there rather than walking with her usual group (I think she felt more grown up walking to school by herself - even if it is only a few hundred yards).
When she arrived here after school, she had another cup of tea. She has left it too late to take after her mother though .... she was a real tea-jenny, right from babyhood (is that a word?)
I took the big camera and macro lens with me when we took her home so I could take some shots of the dying tulips on Bags' kitchen window sill.
