At the dairy

We were herd testing at tonight's milking, and son T was helping me collect the milk samples and put them in the correct slot on the collection trays.

In between waiting for the cows to finish milking, I filled up our milk billy. This photo shows the milk flowing out of the bottom of the milk filter. It looks like cream freeze ice-cream, but I can ensure you that it is full cream, warm, flowing milk.
