View from Ansiokallio towards Pispala esker

Tuesday - my water exercise day. Took the photo after training, Ansiokallio hill is just next to Varala.

My nails are in bad condition because of Herceptin drug, and it hurts when nails peel off and are super short. Today I got Shellac nails manicure. Let's see if it helps.
