I had a short walk after my errands this afternoon and saw this Linnet singing its heart out which was a delight to listen to.

I'm still getting to grips with online ID verification so that we can get Mum's house on the market. Although teachers are deemed to be suitable to certify documents according to the Gov.uk website, it seems the estate agents need a solicitor or notary, and my teacher friend isn't verifiable enough. However they've sent me a link to a third-party app which performs various mysterious things with selfies and barcodes, and I'll hear tomorrow whether I pass muster.
