another day, another ferry... back on nangang island for a night, looking north towards turtle island in the foreground and, further off, gaodeng with the fading mists still clinging on to the water... but it's clear enough today to discover that the chinese coastline is far closer than i'd thought, the last trip offering little in the way of visibility, this one offering  temporary availability if the weather forecast correct, the sudden possibility of being stormstayed once again....
