Bald Eagle

I went back to visit the bald eagles (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) in Sterling State Park this afternoon, but I did not see any sign of the eaglets in the nest today. This one was perched in a nearby tree, and I assume it is the male helping to guard the nest. This park is an amazing place to walk, and I plan to explore there often this summer.
