Gloriously Golden

I drove to the supermarket to do a top up shop before breakfast.  I took these photos on the way home.  (1)  Looking into the mountains  (2)  Golden Poplars.  

After breakfast I strolled into town, sat on a few seats to enjoy the view as I went.  Home for lunch.  I am now going to light the fire, and settle in for the rest of afternoon, as I have clocked up 10K steps.
