Thirsty work I expect

I went on my aternative route today as I often see birds that way but I had forgotten that the local children's football league sometimes play on the fields over that way and today it was heaving with children and their families. Apparently they are trying to catchup lost games! So not much wildlife hanging around. Still the local farmer was busy and it looked very thirsty work on the dry soil.
