Hey Pesto
I guess the cost of living crisis is making me think even more than usual about not wasting anything. Homemade veg soup for lunch today (carrot, leek and turnip), livened up with some pesto created from the Greek basil which was going over, plus a few pine nuts, shavings of Parmesan and a glut of olive oil. Necessity is the mother of invention, yet again!
