Culross

What a beautiful wee village Culross (pronounced Coo-riss) is?

I loved exploring the cobbled streets of this quaint and peaceful village, seeing all of the colourful buildings and admiring the view over the Forth today.

I didn't go into Culross Palace; however, just by wandering around the village, you can imagine what it may have been like in the 16th and 17th centuries, and I can see why the area has been used for various filming locations.

It’s definitely a place worth stopping off at and visiting if you are in the area or as part of your route along the Fife Coastal Path.
