Grape hyacinth?

I went with my daughter to exchange garden plants with another keen gardener. None of us were quite sure what this pretty tiny blue flower is. It is a bulb and is the size and colour of a grape hyacinth but with much fancier petals. It is growing on its own in a strawberry patch.
