A Quiet Day on the Cut
No rush to do anything this morning so we had a leisurely breakfast while watching the news (grim as usual but I like to know what’s going on).
It was really cold outside so I stayed cosy while Frank took Bella for a walk.
Practiced ukulele for a bit, read for a bit then dozed on the sofa after lunch. Later in the afternoon we took Bella to the park for a romp around, she doesn’t really play very much but she does like a big stick.
The blossom in the park is lovely just now. On the way back Frank pointed out a single Cuckoo Pint - also called Lords and Ladies I think.
Bella met a couple of boy dogs and had a play with them. She only really likes the boys! Floozie!
Went back to ballet and tap tonight after being absent for at least a month!
It was hard in ballet but Miss Fiona said I have improved!
I love the tap best though.
My poem is about that but I’m stuck on the last line and I’m too tired now so it will be done tomorrow.
I had to miss Great British Sewing Bee because of dance class so I’ll have to do catch up.
Goodnight :-) X
PS I just found the specs I ‘lost’! I paid a 100 quid for a new pair! Grrrrrr
