Artistic Recycling

On a recent visit to the Kruger National Park we found this recycled artwork by an innovative employee based at the Makhadzi picnic site NE of Letaba Camp on the H15 road to the Giriyondo border post.

He is making these flower arrangements and candle holders from cold drink cans and the plastic packaging from 6 packs of the same to fashion the flowers.

When you are based at one of these out of the way places, an enterprising activity like this generates an additional income from visitors.
