Bishop's Palace Gardens

We had walk through the Bishop's Palace Gardens when I was on my way to the doctor's this morning.  You can see the Chichester cathedral spire in the distance.

I had my blood test done, then my blood pressure.  She said it was high and went to speak to the doctor.  I also have some quite bad problems with the skin on my left leg and she wants that looked at quickly, so has booked me a double length appointment with the doctor tomorrow morning.  I was not expecting that!  I have never had high blood pressure before, but it hasn't been checked in a few years.  I am a bit concerned obviously...
