Transience

Today's subject for Abstract Thursday is TRANSIENCE.  The short but beautiful life of tulips is an illustration of transience, in the sense of not being permanent, short lived..  Most of the tulips in the vase have now opened fully, but the first open ones have now shed their petals, which we found this morning on the windowsill.
I have given them a swirl treatment in Mirror Lab.
