The Spider and the Fly

I finally got round to weeding some indoor pots, thereby releasing a storm of the dreaded fungus gnats.

But a lovely little spider scurried out and started to help itself to a gnat. 
You can just see a silvery wing projecting from the mouthparts.

The matching spotted background is a windowsill tile on which sits my new friend.
