woke after an amazing night’s sleep with nagging backache that gradually got worse so i stuck a heatpatch on….it helps better that pills…..a dear friend came for coffee and a chat….

later i received a phone call from mum’s gp ringing from the home…the first thing she said was: there’s nothing serious….we had a good chat and decided that mum needs to see a specialist simply because her quality of life is still so good that her problem can be solved and will take pain away….

yesterday’s blip is in extra….two fridge egg things….:)
