Thank goodness for dishwashers!

Called the Dundee Homecraft Book (Cookery, Laundry, Housewifery for use in School and Home, compiled by a Committee of Dundee Domestic Science Teachers).  I can't see a date of publication, but I'm guessing 1950s. There is an edition mentioned on Amazon dated 1962, but the type of  recipes in this one - eg beef tea, tripe, fish custard (?) suggest earlier!
