Let me explain…

This morning M and I paid a visit to Walthamstow’s amazing neon-bedecked café/art installation, God’s Own Junkyard www.godsownjunkyard.co.uk/gojy.htm and enjoyed their excellent playlist as we browsed. We were both particularly pleased to hear ‘I’m in Love With a German Film Star’ by The Passions https://youtube.com/watch?v=KeKurL-3JmI a classic from our teen years which neither of us had heard in ages! I think it works well with this image.

Afterwards, we hightailed it over to Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market for a spot of vintage clothes shopping, stopping at the Chai Baba stall in Brick Lane food hall for a cup of the best chai tea I’ve ever tasted. Thanks to Mohsan Q (see Extra) for his phenomenal, mind-blowing, brew!

Then it was back to Euston for the journey back up North. London - it’s been a blast!
