Final flourish

The final few buds on the Magnolia Stellata are about to open and fairly soon the flowering period which started on 10th March will come to an end for this year. Until quite late in the afternoon it was a cold, cloudy day but a little sunshine thereafter raised the temperature. Quite comfortable conditions to work in the greenhouse and sheltered areas of the garden.
