Flags and Foliage @ No 380

This elegant city villa dates from 1912.  It has been fully renovated and is walking distance from Nelson City.  The extra show the flags and I know the Ukraine flag but not the top flag.  I was in Nelson for the movies and went to Last Bus.  It didn't get a good review but I like Timothy Spall and although sad it appealed to me.
