Peeping through the railings, I met this Robin on a short walk round the block at lunchtime. 

Work was busier than usual so I decompressed later on with another cup final - the Yorkshire Amateur League Cup final between Bradford team Route One Rovers and Leeds based Middleton (extra). The game was at the West Riding FA’s ground at Woodlesford.

Adding to the context for Rovers was that they were all fasting for Ramadan, but they were able to break fast at half-time.

Rovers started the more brightly but Middleton grew into the game. However a couple of goals just before half-time enabled Rovers to manage the game fairly comfortably from there. Two more goals in added time at the end gave a final score of Rovers 3-1 Middleton.
